I met this two Filipina girls at Toronto when I attend a birthday party of my friend Eleanor. Actually they are friends of Eleanor and who know each other at the party. We’re at the kitchen helping each other for the recipe. It’s my friend Eleanor who cook everything and we prepare the ingredients. The foods are the following: pork stew, roast pig, pansit, chicken with mushroom and many more. We have fruit salad, leche plan, cake, mango salad, ice cream and more for dessert. It’s delicious and I eat a lot of foods again.

I don’t know why but I really love this kind of food. We called this as lumpia in our dialect. It’s a vegetables inside with pork and it’s so yummy. I love to prepare this for my friends too. Every Filipino party this kind of recipe is always present. We prepare this ahead of time and put it in the fridge. We can just reheat it and serve to visitors.

When I was young, one of my dreams in life is to travel around the world like Canada, Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean, Bermuda, Europe, Hawaii, England, Mexico, Alaska and many more. Caribbean cruise is one of my ideal cruise vacations. It is really my dream to experience Caribbean cruise and enjoy the world class beaches. I want to explore and experience swimming with stingrays, sightseeing, visit wildlife habitats, horseback riding, enjoy the breathtaking views, shopping and many more fun activities.

I know it’s hard to travel without money that’s why I courageously attended classes until I finished my college education and get a nice job. Even though I got a descent job in my country but I want to pursue my dreams in life. That why I applied here in Canada, the land of opportunity. I landed here safely last two years ago and I realized that my dreams can really happen in real.

As of now, I work hard in order to pursue my goal my dreams in life. My sister and I together with our family plan to travel and book for affordable Caribbean cruise this year. How about you guys? It was taken during the celebration of Canada day at Meadowville garden center here in our beloved city. It is one of the beautiful birds but sad to say that I forgot the name. I love his color very neat, white, pretty face and wonderful. They have many different kinds of animals such as ponies, pigs, peacock, chickens, goats, foxes, monkeys, birds and many more. We bought beautiful flowers and as of now they grow healthy and flowering in our backyard and we put the  other flowers in the front garden.
