This waterfalls was taken at Ottawa, Canada during my travel last August 16. I was at the general cruises together with Betty and my brother. This waterfalls is located in the center of Ottawa and one of the exciting attraction if you love to experience the general cruises.

Everyone knows how important it is to maintain a healthy weight and away from any illnesses. Most of us love to eat fast food, and there is nothing wrong with that only it is high in calories, fat and low in fibre and vitamins. You become overweight because of those foods.
