Treadmills

One of my New Year resolutions for this year 2010 is to loss weight. I need to buy treadmills and have regular exercise at least 30 minutes or more everyday. As of now they are on sale and you can avail discount prices in any exercise equipment. You can select from different kinds of style and I’m sure you like it. also, I need to eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Avoid fatty foods and drink 6 to 8 glasses of water everyday.
