Prenatal Vitamins
Pregnancy is the happiest moment of being a woman. We are excited and proud to be called as mom. We need to make sure that everything is fine. Going to your family doctor is important. You need proper check up and prenatal vitamins. You need to listen and follow the doctor’s advice too. Eat nutritious foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals, protein, iron and many more. Exercise is very needed for pregnant women. Avoid alcoholic drinks, no to cigarettes and do not eat fatty foods. Drink enough water and sleep well.
My Neighbor
When I went grocery shopping last Sunday, I saw our neighbor when we’re still in Elmira Road. We talked and shared our life and I learned that she continue to study here in Canada. She upgrade and now busy studying. I’m happy for her at least she continue to study here in Canada. Even if we already graduated in the Philippines and have a college degree but still we need to continue to study here. We need to upgrade and go to school if you want to have a nice job. I am thinking also of continuing my education here in Canada after I get my permanent status. I already submitted it and I hope the immigration will approve it immediately.
