This month of May is really very hot especially during the day. You can feel the heat if you are having activities outdoor. Some of the people are getting weak due to heat stroke others are irritable. So I decided to bring with me my family to Branson to have a vacation to refresh ourselves and have fun. Bonding with them is very important to have a stronger family relationship and Branson is the perfect place for us to go to.

I do not know why I feel weak if I work hard under the heat of the sun. If I do gardening it’s like all my body are burn because of too much heat. I can not deny that I was born in a warm place in the Philippines but I can not stay long under the heat of the sun. I feel weak, very stress and tired. I can not sleep sometimes. So, I better do gardening during the early morning before the heat is coming.

Pregnancy is the happiest moment of being a woman. We are excited and proud to be called as mom. We need to make sure that everything is fine. Going to your family doctor is important. You need proper check up and prenatal vitamins. You need to listen and follow the doctor’s advice too. Eat nutritious foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals, protein, iron and many more. Exercise is very needed for pregnant women. Avoid alcoholic drinks, no to cigarettes and do not eat fatty foods. Drink enough water and sleep well.

When I went grocery shopping last Sunday, I saw our neighbor when we’re still in Elmira Road. We talked and shared our life and I learned that she continue to study here in Canada. She upgrade and now busy studying. I’m happy for her at least she continue to study here in Canada. Even if we already graduated in the Philippines and have a college degree but still we need to continue to study here. We need to upgrade and go to school if you want to have a nice job. I am thinking also of continuing my education here in Canada after I get my permanent status. I already submitted it and I hope the immigration will approve it immediately.

Millions of women today suffered from overweight. Yes! It is very hard for us to control our eating habits especially if we are tired from work and hungry. We need to exercise everyday to burn the fats that we eat at the same time take diet pills. We really need diets for quick weight loss that are effective and affordable. There are many that we can easily purchase online. Just make sure that the ingredients are natural and no side effects. You can do both taking pill and exercise everyday. Eat only healthy foods and avoid fatty foods.

Hi! Good morning. It’s Monday again, the time to wake up early, get ready and prepare myself. Even if it is cold outside I need to get ready for work. It’s very common to us. We need to work hard in order to earn money. In today’s life, if you will not strive and work hard you can not eat well. You have no place to live comfortably. That’s why we need to balance ourselves from work, rest and be happy. If we have enough money we can buy many things that can make us happy. We can enjoy and have peace of mind. Yes! It’s true, money can’t buy everything but it can help. We can live comfortably with the help of our money. So, my dear friends, we need to work now, enjoy and have a nice day to everyone.

Even if I am so sleepy after my work but still I spend more time and effort to make a bog. They said I am addicted to blog. Sometimes I forgot to eat and I did not clean the house. It is good that our house is still the same and no problems.

Time moves so fast. I can still remember when my sister gave birth to Noah in general hospital. It’s like yesterday but the baby now is big and healthy. We plan to have a special birthday party for him. We decided to order photo cards for the visitors. I think light blue with brown combination are the best colors for the cards. I can’t wait and I’m so excited to celebrate Noah’s first birthday party. I hope all our friends, relatives and few special visitors will come.

As I said before I get blackberry from Bell Canada. It is a nice plan but still very expensive when it comes to long distance call. During my first bill I pay 116 and I already paid it. Then after that I was shocked because I need to pay two hundred sixty nine for my second bill. Oh my God! What a very expensive plan. Maybe it’s my fault also because my friend Eleanor and I always talking on the phone. Well, it’s a lesson to me and I hope I can control myself not to use my blackberry in calling long distance or talk too long in my blackberry.
