I Loss Weight

For me, blogging is one of the best way on how to loss weight. When I started blogging I really loss weight. You know why? Every morning after I wake up I immediately open my laptop. Then open my email and response those person who visit my sites. Next is to update my post and others until I forget to eat foods. Usually I eat at lunch time and I never get hungry in the morningĀ if I blog. I only eat in the afternoon because I need it. In the afternoon usually my friend call me and asks me for walking. We meet at the store and buy only fruits and vegetables. For me that’s the reason why I loss weight and I’m happy with it.
