My niece Abby loves to play skipping rope with her friends. They’re thin that’s why it’s easy for them to jump. It’s a good workout that helps to develop balance, strength, good posture, coordination and to loss weight. There are many skipping ropes in the basement. Also, I read a lot of information about diets that work fast. I gain a lot of weight last summer and I want to reduce it. I’m not tall that’s why it’s not advisable for me to gain more weight. I need to take good care of myself. Eating the right kind of foods, works outs and avoid those junk foods. I want to reduce the unwanted fats in my body and stay healthy all the time.

When I was young I remember my mother bought an electric fan for us. I live in a warm country and naturally we use electric fans at home especially at night. In our school, there are many ceiling fans too.

When I get married and have a nice job I can buy whatever I want in my home. I bought different kinds of ceiling fans. Both of my indoor and outdoor fans are beautiful. You know what? Hunter fans are more nice compare to other fans that I have. It is well designed, elegant style and very attractive to look at. If you buy, you can choose the best color, style and sizes. Well, it’s nice to decorate our home with lighting and ceiling fans. I love it! For me I prefer the white one in my bedroom, bronze in the living room and another bronze in the kitchen.

I’ve read about tips on how to be healthier and on how to reduce fat but I often ignore them. I’m a bit heavy and chubby that made me decides to lose weight. I ask my friend on what she could recommend on me as I really want to lose some pounds. Today is the birthday party of my niece. But the weather is not good. It`s a little bit rainy and cold outside. She`s not feeling well too my niece because she got cold from school. Just few friends came and eat a little then go home. There`s no such big celebration, just simple snacks for the kids and no more. Betty and dodong my brother come also to give their gift to Abby. Well, happy birthday Abby and may you have many many more birthdays to come.

Last October 10 a group of Filipino catholic leaders and singers held an inspirational conference with concert at Conference Centre – Metro Ballroom Toronto Canada headed by Bo Sanchez and the Kerygma 5 from Manila Alvin Barcelona, Arun Gogna, Adrian Panganiban, Jon Escoto and Obet Cabrillas plus the special participation of Kerygma preacher and mission director for North America of the light of Jesus Community Pio Espanol. They gave great concert to refresh the heart of the Filipino community living here in Canada. More than one thousand Filipino people were there including me of course.
